In the case of the image above, this characer is currently doing Hoth Heroics. To obtain higher tier gear schematics for crafting, you can Deconstruct crafted gear. That’s what will give you the best chance and speed to gear up your character with the best gear they have access to. They are located on the outer ring in the Supplies Section. So, to maximize your reward: First, get the Daily Missions, then go to the Dropship Launch Hangar to get the individual flashpoint quests, then join the Group Finder Queue with the tabs for each flashpoint checked.
